ACTON GARDENS PHASE 9.5/6

Integrated Safety have secured Phase 9.5 and 6 on Vistry's residential project, consisting of 6 blocks.

The blocks range from 6 to 10 floors. All smoke detection to communal corridors to be installed as CAT L5 system. Ancillary and non-residential areas to be installed with an L2(M) system. Both systems to conform to BS-5839-1.

 

The blocks smoke clearance systems are a mix, depending on block characteristics, of a free air and MAOV systems.

 

Free air systems consist of a smoke shaft with 1.5msq dampers to lift lobby areas, and 1.0msq AOV at the head of the stairwell.

Mechanical systems consist of two shafts in a push-pull arrangement, and separate mechanical shaft serving the fire fighting stair lobby.
