Integrated Safety have secured this multiple block residential building for Mount Anvil, providing smoke detection and smoke control systems to the communal areas of 3 blocks.

Detection system is CAT L5 to BS5839-1:2017, with sounders, beacons and call points to communal terraces. A CAT L3 fire detection system to ancillary areas, and CAT L2 system to commercial units.

Integrated Safety's system will interface with lifts, top of stair vents, corridor ventilation, fire alarm, access control and sprinklers.

​

Block E consists of two core, each supplied with a 0.7msq MAOV shaft with dampers to the lobby of each floor. Replacement air taken from a top of stair vent.

​

The same arrangement is to be installed for smoke clearance for Block F1 and F2

​
